We Provide Climate Change Adaptation, Climate Project Development, Disaster & Climate Risk Management, Climate Change & Natural Resource Management. supports governments, development partners, NGOs, and the private sector in anticipating, managing, and adapting to climate and disaster risks while promoting sustainable use of natural resources. Our services integrate climate science, risk assessment, policy frameworks, and field-based implementation to strengthen resilience of communities, infrastructure, and ecosystems particularly in fragile mountain and river-basin contexts like Nepal.

Research Writing and Project Support

We provide end to end technical assistance for the design, documentation, and delivery of evidence-based projects in the climate, environment, Wildlife, disaster risk, and natural resource sectors. We support academic institutions, development partners, NGOs, and consulting teams with high-quality research, analytical writing, and project documentation that meets international standards and donor requirements.

Community Based Livelihood and Natural Resource Management

we focus on ecologically sustainable development through the integration of traditional and Indigenous knowledge systems, climate-resilient livelihood strategies, and ecosystem protection. Plantation and Landscape Management

We provide planning, designing, and sustainable management of plantations using native and climate resilient plant species, botanical garden and nature parks and landscapes to enhance ecological integrity, climate resilience, and socio-economic value. Our approach prioritizes biodiversity enhancement, soil recovery, watershed protection, and community benefits alongside carbon outcomes, integrating scientific assessment, traditional land-use practices, and long-term maintenance planning. We work with governments, development partners, and private sector actors to deliver site-specific, climate-responsive, and biodiversity-friendly landscape solutions, particularly in degraded, urbanizing, and climate-sensitive areas.

Carbon and Nature-Based Solutions

We Fous on the design, assessment, and implementation of land-based and ecosystem-based carbon interventions aligned with Nepal’s policy context, landscape realities, and community governance systems. We support governments, development partners, NGOs, and private sector actors in delivering credible, measurable, and socially responsible carbon outcomes across forests, watersheds, agricultural landscapes, and degraded lands ensuring that carbon initiatives contribute meaningfully to biodiversity conservation, watershed health, and community livelihoods, rather than carbon outcomes alone.
